Cumberland Creek Trail Work
with
Emerson High School
April 25, 2014
45 students and teachers from Emerson High School came out on a fine day to help with a lot of trail maintenance work - clipping, pruning, and digging out invasives.  Several staff and volunteers from the Land Trust came along and we divided up into a few separate work groups.

For several years, Emerson High School students have put in many hours of trail effort here.

Lots of tools, gloves, and group orientation and assignments.

Everybody grabbed a "tool of choice", headed down the trails, and went to work!

Finish one section and then head for a next one.

Blackberrys?  Dig 'em out, roots and all.
