The "Carsten" house was demolished and removed in late December and early January. It was built in the early 1960's by Milo Moore. He was Director of the Wa. Dep't of Fisheries and also associated with the Moore Mill in LaConner. There were few (if any) permits and the water came from a connection across the road and up the hill!
