Land Trust staff, new Americorp and intern, and 5 volunteers came out to this great property on a pretty day. Our aim is to remove ivy along a hillside. It's a lot of work!!
Lots of trash there - we piled the ivy on some.
Previous work parties cut the ivy from the lower part of trees.
Not much left growing on the hill after the ivy gone!!!
We collected many bags of trash too - and - obeyed the sign!
Three hours of hard work on a pretty day got a lot done. Thanks everyone.
