Hurn Field Ribbon Cutting  Feb 9, 2008
A large, enthusiastic, hearty group of Land Trust members, board members, staff, and volunteers celebrated the official unveiling of the informative signs recently installed at the new viewing area at Hurn Field.
Land Trust Executive Director Molly Doran gave us a welcome and opening remarks.
Brenda Cunningham, ex-staffer, volunteer, and Chief Project Guru, explained the whole winding road from an idea to reality.
Ed and Carolyn Gastellum, the Hurn Field Stewards since 1999, cut the ribbon and the site and signs are "officially open"!
Great refreshments too ....
