Nine Land Trust employees and volunteers spent several hours counting and recording heron nests and tree conditions in the March's Point nesting area. It was a hard hike up through the TBailey construction area and into much underbrush, nettles, and blow down.
Many new nests and also new trees with nests were counted. The site seems to have been very productive during the past year.
