Five volunteers and Land Trust Isabel and Regina headed out to get some butterfly bush, thistles, and blackberry under better control
We've got a choice of tools - major tools for attacking the butterfly bush.
They both got used and did the trick.
We carefully pulled thistles by hand and bagged them out. We got quite a few.
The bank-side willow sticks planted earlier this spring all look really good.
Not so for this huge cottonwood though. A LOT of work that took.
