Four volunteers and two Skagit Land Trust staff members came out to fill the new nursery at MInkler Lake.
900 trees and shrubs were planted in 3 1/2 hours. We planted Sitka spruce, Douglas fir, Red cedar, Twinberry, Ninebark, and Crabapple.
These plants will be used to improve the habitat at several Land Trust properties during the next year.
